On July 6, 2011, with the sun shining on the earth, I took my luggage on the train from Weihai to Jinan Qilu Pharmaceutical. I was very excited all the way, but more disturbed.

On July 7, came to Qilu Pharmaceutical and was assigned to Qilu Animal Health Products Co., Ltd. First, the company gave me and a few new colleagues a three-day training. Although the training is short, after training, we have a preliminary understanding and understanding of Zilu Pharmaceutical and Animal Health, and strengthened our work confidence.

After , we were assigned to various workshops. I am honored to be assigned to the big family of water needle workshop. The faces that I saw when I walked into the water needle workshop were vicissitudes of life, or immature, but they were full of sincere smiles. Director Cheng, on behalf of all colleagues in the workshop, extended a warm welcome to us, and his heart-warming words and cordial and simple smile infected each of us. Then the technician assigned us to the packaging team leader. Let us start with the packaging. The seemingly simple task of packaging has exercised my patience and care; after packaging, I sometimes go to the bottle washing post. Learning equipment debugging enhanced my hands-on ability; after more than a month of packaging and learning in the bottle washing position, I have a certain understanding of the product variety in the workshop. At this time, the workshop leader assigned me to the ingredients again, and started the real post, feeling happy. Unexpectedly, I worked in this position for more than two years. Whenever I think about it, I cherish it. In the past two years, it has not only accompanied me to grow, but also cultivated my high sense of responsibility, care and patience.

At the beginning of 2014, I hoped to have more opportunities and platforms to learn and exercise myself, so I came to the Linyi base—the newly-built Chinese veterinary medicine workshop of Qilu Shenghua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. When I first arrived in Chinese veterinary medicine, it was a challenge for me to learn the bagging machine. After studying for a period of time, I challenged myself psychologically and changed the idea that I could not operate this equipment in the past. During the preparation for GMP verification, for acceptance, After GMP verification, the workshop production position took shift production, and the production has been stable, and the team management has accumulated experience. Later, due to the needs of the workshop, I have been working as a workshop QA until now, mainly responsible for on-site management. This work has given me exercise and promotion.

With a few seconds, I have come to Qilu Pharmaceutical for almost five years. After five years of transfers to so many positions, I have continuously improved and improved myself. Every bit of my progress and growth should be thanked by Qilu for giving me the opportunity and platform for my work development, which made me become mature and stable, from passive burnout to daring to take responsibility, and continue to pay and gain.
