Properties: This product is a white or light yellow crystalline powder. It is soluble in acetone and methanol, slightly soluble in water, and insoluble in hexane.
Applications
(1) High efficiency and broad spectrum: Compared to the parent avermectin, the insecticidal activity against lepidopteran larvae is generally improved, with a wider range of insecticidal activity, especially effective against cotton bollworm, beet armyworm, and diamondback moth.
(2) Low toxicity and safety: Low toxicity, with toxicity to mammals (rats) only one-sixth that of the parent avermectin. It is safe for humans and livestock at conventional doses, easily degradable, and does not pollute the environment, with low toxicity formulations.
(3) Dual action: Mainly has stomach toxicity and also has contact killing action.
(4) Long-lasting effect: The agent can penetrate the epidermis of the target crop, forming a storage layer of active ingredients, resulting in a longer-lasting effect.
(5) Resistance management: It is not easy for pests to develop resistance, has no cross-resistance with other pesticides, and remains effective against pests that have developed resistance to other pesticides.
