【Pharmacological Effects】
Antiparasitic drug. Albendazole exhibits broad-spectrum anthelmintic activity, demonstrating strong efficacy against nematodes, cestodes, and trematodes. Its mechanism of action involves binding to the microtubule protein within the worm, preventing its polymerization with α-tubulin to form microtubules, thereby affecting processes such as mitosis, protein assembly, and energy metabolism within the worm.
Ivermectin is effective against both internal and external parasites, particularly arthropods and internal nematodes, and is primarily used to eliminate gastrointestinal nematodes, lung nematodes, and external parasites in pigs. Its anthelmintic mechanism involves promoting the release of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) from presynaptic neurons, which opens GABA-mediated chloride channels. The influx of chloride ions reduces membrane resistance, causing slight depolarization of the postsynaptic membrane potential, thereby disrupting signal transmission between nerves and muscles, leading to relaxation and paralysis of the worm, ultimately resulting in its death or expulsion from the body.

【Dosage and Administration】 Based on this product. Mixed feeding: 1000g for every 1000kg of feed, for pigs.

【Precautions】
(1) Use with caution within 45 days before the pregnancy of sows.
(2) Ivermectin is highly toxic to shrimp, fish, and aquatic organisms; do not contaminate water sources with packaging and containers of residual drugs.
